Overview

Do you need to write a piece of software or to design a web site and you do not have the required know-how or men power? The solution is to outsource it. You do not know what outsourcing is?

Outsourcing is defined as the "the process of transferring an existing business function, including the relevant physical and/or human assets, to an external provider in order to strategically use outside resources to perform activities previously handled in-house."

Confidentiality is the key in an outsourcing project. The code resulted from the contract is the property of the contractor, not ours. Exceptions are:

• third-party libraries / code used in the project, which have the copyright of their respective owners (we do not hold, nor do we sell licences to third-party software; it is up to the client to purchase those)
• our core, generic-purpose libraries which we have and keep the copyright for (source code may be purchased by the client)
